Heat herbed olived before you serve them to bring out flavor. Rinse and drain, place in baking dish. Toss with a bit of olive oil and other ingredients, such as garlic and herbs. We paired with hot chile peppers and garlic cloves, bay leaves and fennel seeds, strip of lemon peel and thyme (orange peel and rosemary). Heat in oven at 350 15 to 25 minutes, serve warm.
