Ingredients
- 1 3-4 lb. boneless beef sirloin tip roast
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 16 oz. bottle of Italian dressing
- 2 t. Italian seasoning
- 12 burger buns, split
Preparation
Step 1
Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place beef in cooker. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pour dressing over beef. Cover and cook on low, 10 - 12 hours. Remove beef from slow cooker and shred. Return beef to cooker, add Italian seasoning and mix. Use slotted spoon to remove beef from slow cooker and place on buns. Serve with juices.
