Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup olive oil

Step 1
Blend all but olive oil, then add oil gradually, blending until creamy.
