Ingredients
- 1 large baking potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Step 1
Stir ingredients together in a lightly greased non-stick skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
