Southwest Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 large sirloin steaks, cut into strips
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 7 oz can El Pato Original (yellow can)
  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced (any color)
  • 4 roasted green chile peppers, peeled, seeded, sliced (or 4 oz can)
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 t. cumin
  • 1 t. green chile powder
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • pinch or two of sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
