Ingredients
- 2 large sirloin steaks, cut into strips
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 7 oz can El Pato Original (yellow can)
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced (any color)
- 4 roasted green chile peppers, peeled, seeded, sliced (or 4 oz can)
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 t. cumin
- 1 t. green chile powder
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- pinch or two of sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
