Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced bacon
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 2 1/2 cups potatoes
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup half & half
  • 1 cup cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon; add onion, cooking until tender. Add potatoes, celery, broth, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender.

Mix flour with half & half with a whisk until smooth. Add to potato mixture.

Add a little cheese to each serving.
