Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Green Giant® reduced-sodium cut asparagus spears, drained
- 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 to 6 drops red pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Baked tortilla chips, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
1. In blender or food processor, blend asparagus on medium speed until smooth.
2. In medium glass or plastic bowl, mix asparagus and remaining ingredients except tortilla chips. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
