Ingredients
- 1 premade pie crust
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 Tbs. flour divided
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 2 Tbs. honey mustard
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups Half&Half
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Prick sides and bottom of pie shell with a fork. Bake @ 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove and gently prick with fork again. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Combing swiss cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and 1 Tbs. flour in a bowl. Toss gently. Sprinkle evenly into pie shell.
Combine ham and mustard, tossing until ham is well coated with the mustard. Spoon mixture over cheese in pie shell.
Combine eggs, Half&Half, green onions, 1 Tbs. flour and salt in a medium bowl. Stir well. Pour into pie shell. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
