Best Ever Wild Rice

This process takes time, but it is well worth it. The rice ends up fluffy and soft.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked wild rice
  • water as needed

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and drain the rice, and place in a pan. Cover the rice with boiling water, cover the pan, and let stand until the water is cool. Repeat 4 times, and on the 4th time, add 1/4 teaspoon salt after pouring the boiling water over the rice.
