Ingredients
- cut in half
- 3 lbs zucchini
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 4oz. can Ortega diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 lb jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons margarine

Step 1
Preheat 350
Cube zucchini and steam. Combine eggs, milk, chilis, cheese, parsley, salt, and baking powder. Toss in zucchini and mix. Into buttered casserole with 1/2 crumbs on bottom. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 45 min.
