- 1/2 LB. SAUSAGE (LAPCHONG) 12 MED. SQUID TUBES
- 2 C. COOKED SUSHI RICE SALT, TO TASTE
- 1/4 C. CHOPPED SCALLIONS CANOLA OIL, TO COOK
- 1/4 C. CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO

Step 1
COAT SKILLET W/ OIL & ON HIGH HEAT SAUTE PEPPERS & SAUSAGE TIL SOFT, 4 MIN. ADD RICE, SCALLIONS, CILANTRO & OYSTER SAUCE. STUFF SQUID TUBES USING A PASTRY BAG OR PLASTIC BAG W/ CORNER CUT OFF. COOK ON GRILLE, TURNING TUBES, ABOUT 5 MIN. TOTAL. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER COOK AS SQUID WILL GET TOUGH.
