Mother's Chicken Noodle

Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• 3 bouillon cubes
• 1/2 package egg noodles - (or more)
• 1 jar roasted pimientos
• 1 can cream or mushroom soup
• Salt to taste
• Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken with bouillon cubes and lots of water, until tender. Cool slightly, and pull apart into bite-sized pieces. (Do not use chicken livers, etc.) Set aside.

Cook noodles according to instructions. In a large sauce pan, combine all ingredients, and serve.
