Mother's Chicken Noodle
- 1 chicken
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 1/2 package egg noodles - (or more)
- 1 jar roasted pimientos
- 1 can cream or mushroom soup
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Boil chicken with bouillon cubes and lots of water, until tender. Cool slightly, and pull apart into bite-sized pieces. (Do not use chicken livers, etc.) Set aside.
Cook noodles according to instructions. In a large sauce pan, combine all ingredients, and serve.
