- 2 Hens split
- 1 Stick butter
- 2 Tbls lemon juice
- 2 Large cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbls dried tarragon
- Kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add everything but salt. Cover with salt and broil each side for 15 minutes; basting frequently.
