Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1
For the sauce heat water and sugar in sauce pan over medium high heat until the sugar is bubbling and has turned an amber color. Stir in butter and salt. Remove from heat and add heavy cream, stir until combined.
