- 1 - frozen banana
- 1 cup - yogurt, plain greek
- 1/4 cup - chopped walnuts (or other nut)
- 1/2 tsp - ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp - honey
- 1/8 tsp - ground nutmeg

Step 1
cut banana into 3 or 4 chunks and peel. place in blender with yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon, and honey.
blend high for 2 minutes or until smooth. pour in to glass and top with ground nutmeg.
