Ingredients

  • 1

    - frozen banana

  • 1

    cup - yogurt, plain greek

  • ¼

    cup - chopped walnuts (or other nut)

  • ½

    tsp - ground cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp - honey

  • tsp - ground nutmeg

Directions

cut banana into 3 or 4 chunks and peel. place in blender with yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon, and honey. blend high for 2 minutes or until smooth. pour in to glass and top with ground nutmeg.
