Ingredients

  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 oz silver rum
  • 1 oz Alize de France (passion fruit liqueur)
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 oz mango juice or nectar
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 pineapple slice
  • 1 mango slice
  • Shaved coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Chill a 10 to 12 oz margarita glass or goblet.
In a blender, combine the pineapple, rum, Alize de France, coconut cream, mango juice, lime juice, and ice. Blend until well combined and smooth.
Pour into the chilled glass. Using a cocktail pick, skewer the pineapple slice and mango slice together and balance on the rim of the glass. Top the drink with the shaved coconut and serve.
