Ingredients
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 2 C diced celery
- 1 peeled, diced carrot
- 1/4 C green onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 TBS worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 2 C bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 C parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic, celery, carrot and green onion in butter until soft and tender.
Combine remaining ingredients with saute and form into one loaf pan
Top with mixture of 1 C ketchup, 1/4 C molasses, 1/4 C dijon mustard
( there will be enough left to heat up for sauce. )
Cover with foil and bake 60 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
