Spinach Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 large box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 jar of Medium Old El Paso Salsa
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 pkg baby spinach, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cup Velveeta cheese into cubes and cook in double boiler. When cheese has melted, add salsa and diced tomatoes. Coarsely chop spinach and cook in microwave for 1 minute. Add to cheese mixture. Add cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips.
