Ingredients
- 2 lbs salami
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves, (or peach preserves)
Preparation
Step 1
Remove salami wrapper. Score criss cross over top of salami. Spread mixture over salami. Line pan with foil and spray. Bake at 375 for one hour. Baste. Slice and toothpick.
