Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 CUP WARM WATER
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OIL
  • 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 TABLESPOON INSTANT YEAST
  • 3-4 CUPS FLOUR

Preparation

Step 1

MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT AND YEAST IN MIXING BOWL.
ADD OIL AND WARM WATER INTO FLOUR MIXTURE AND STIR TO FORM A SOFT DOUGH.
GREASE LARGE PIZZA PAN OR COOKIE SHEET AND SPRINKLE WITH CORNMEAL. (THIS KEEPS DOUGH GETTING SOGGY. ROLL OUT DOUGH ON FLOURED BOARD OR YOU CAN STRETCH IT TO FIT YOUR PAN.
