Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pound milk chocolate
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, salt, and butter. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture. Press remaining into bottom of a flameproof baking dish. 13x9x2
Bake crust 350 23 minutes and cool on a rack.
In a metal bowl in double boiler, melt chocolate. Pour over crust evenly and sprinkle with marshmallows, pressing lightly. Broil under preheated broiler 30 seconds or until golden. Top with remaining crumbs.
