  • 1 - 5 OUNCE MIXED GREENS (5 CUPS
  • LIGHTLY PACKED)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TABLESPOON RED WINE VINEGAR
  • PINCH DRIED BASIL
  • SALT AND FRESHLY GROUND BLACK
  • PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

PUT THE GREENS IN A MEDIUM SALAD BOWL. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE OIL AND VINEGAR. DRIZZLE THE DRESSING OVER THE GREENS AND SPRINKLE DRIED BASIL ON TOP. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
