Claudia's Golden Round Steak

Ingredients

• 1 round steak, cut into pieces
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 soup can water
• 1 package Golden Onion Soup Mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 6oz. can sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mushroom soup, dry onion soup and water together. Put meat in a crock pot, and top with sauce. cook on low setting for 10 hours. Add sour cream and mushrooms 1/2 hour before serving, heating through. Serve over noodles. Good gravy.
