Pancakes (for filling not stacking)

These pancakes are thin. Roll them up and fill them with sweet or savory.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Step 1

sift flour with salt. slowly beat in eggs and milk. batter should be smooth and thick. let stand 20 minutes.

brush a skillet with oil and heat. pour a small portion of batter and spread evenly. flip etc.

Fillings: jam, nutella, cheese, ham spinach etc.
