Sour Cream Sauce for Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla, beating until creamy. Cover and chill until ready to serve, up to 8 hours.

Drizzle over fresh fruit in your favorite glassware.
