Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Put vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. With the machine going, slowly add olive oil until blended. Will keep about a week.
