Coconut and pineapple, blended with grenadine, strawberries and bananas.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces chopped hulled strawberries, fresh or frozen (and slightly thawed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. pina colada mix
- 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 1 cup ice
- 2 fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Add sugar to chopped strawberries and allow to macerate for a couple of minutes. Pour all the ingredients except the 2 fresh strawberries in the order listed into a blender and blend on high speed for 15-30 seconds or until all the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. Garnish each drink with a fresh strawberry.
