Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- scant 1/2 tsp salt
- scant 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
- 4 ozs, imported Danish Bleu Cheese crumbled by hand into very small pieces

Step 1
1) Place sour cream, dry mustard, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and worchestershire in mixing bowl and blend 2 mins at low speed.
2) Add mayonnaise and blend 2 more mins on low, then 2 mins on med speed.
3) Add bleu cheese and blend at low speed no monger than 4 mmins. Refrigerate for 24 hrs before using.
