  • SALT & PEPPER
  • CUMIN
  • CREOLE SEASONING
  • WATER

Step 1

CUT FAT FROM ROAST PUT IN LARGE POT WITH ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COVER WITH WATER. SIMMER FOR 2 HOURS. TASTE AND ADD SEASONINGS TO TASTE.
