Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 2 (14-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing mix
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cornbread stuffing mix
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Fresh basil (to garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the filling ingredients until combined and transfer to a 9x9-inch casserole dish. In another bowl mix together the topping ingredients and evenly distribute over the casserole dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until melty and golden brown on top. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
