Ingredients
- 12 jumbo shrimps, raw with the shells and tails on
- 4 limes
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves
- 3 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
Step 1
De-vein the shrimps. Carefully cut along the back of the shrimps and pull out the dark vein. Wash well in cold water and pat dry.
Heat the olive oil and garlic on medium high for 1 minute, add in the shrimps, and cook for about 5 minutes. Once they turn pink, they're ready. Next, squeeze the juice of 2 limes over them.
Take them out after 30 seconds. Place them in a plate, sprinkle them with the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with the other two limes cut in wedges for squeezing at the table.
