lb pork loin, cubed 1"
8oz mushrooms sliced
8oz tomato sauce, I used diced tomato
Tbs brown sugar
Tbs lemon juice
Heat skillet add pork and onions heat until evenly brown, add mushrooms and sauteabout 5 min Remove pork onions and mushrooms from pan. In pan add butter and stir until melted. Add flour and stir until paste forms. Add milk and stir until gravey forms, add brown sugar tomato sauce and lemon juice. return pork mixture back into pan and cook untill meat is tender.
