- 12 cups white flour
- 12 tsps. baking powder
- 6 tsps. baking soda
- 6 tsps. cream of tartar
- 2 tsps. salt
- 1 pound shortening

Step 1
Cut all ingredient together with pastry cutter until blended.
To make the Biscuits, take 4 cups of mix, add 1 egg in measuring cup and fill cup with milk.
Roll out or drop on baking sheet.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until browned slightly
