Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce coconut milk
- 1 ounce orange juice
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 ounce dark rum
- toasted coconut (to garnish)
- 1 cup ice
- pineapple wedge (to garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Place the coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice, coconut milk, orange juice, and lime juice in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on low, increasing the speed until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass. Top with a rum floater. Garnish with toasted coconut and a pineapple wedge.
Tips: Decorate your hurricane glass with a hula skirt made out of tissue paper!
