  • 1/4 Cup Onion- Chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Green Pepper- Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Cooked Ham- Cubed
  • 8 oz Macaroni- Uncooked
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream (or 1/2 Cup Sour Cream and 1/2 Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, American, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook your onion and peppers in the butter until tender.
Stir in salt and flour.
Add in milk little by little with a fork or whisk
Add ham and macaroni.
Stir constantly while bringing to a boil.
Cook until macaroni is tender
Stir in sour cream and cheese to melt (do not boil)
