Ingredients

  • 1-8 oz. fat-free cr. cheese
  • 3/4 c. reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 1-14 oz fat-free sweetened cond. milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1-12 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 2 reduced-fat graham cracker crusts
  • 1/4 c. chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 finely chopped nuts(if desired)

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in milk and vanilla until blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crusts. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze leftovers.
