Ingredients
- 1 med. Green Pepper - chopped
- 2 Tbs Margarine or Butter
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper (1/4 tsp. if want hotter)
- 1 bag Frozen Whole Kernel Corn (1 lb.) or 1 can of Canned Corn
- 1 sm. Onion - chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbs H2O (use Corn water)
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté Green Pepper & Onion in Margarine in skillet until tender. Stir in Corn, Salt, Pepper, & H2O; cover & cook over low heat. Stirring 1 or 2 times until corn is done.
