Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups converted long grain rice
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- scallions and parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a pot over medium. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Cook while stirring 5 minutes, until rice is golden. Add chicken broth and water, bring to a simmer then cover and cook on low, 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Stir in scallions and parsley to serve.
