Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Combine flours and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center, add 1/2 cup arm water and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix to make a sticky dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until soft, 5 minutes. Brush a bowl with olive oil and place the dough in it. Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 even balls. On a floured surface, roll each ball into an 8-9 inch round, then layer between parchment.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, lightly brush each round of dough with oil and place in pan. Cook until bubbly on top, 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook one more minute. Remove from skillet, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Repeat.
