Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 pkg Lemon Jello
  • 1/2 cup Water, boiling
  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 can Condensed Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Place jello in bowl and add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes to make 1 cup. Stir until melted, set aside.

Chill completely the condensed milk and then whip.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add jello. Fold in whipped condensed milk.

Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
