Raspberry Jam Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- seedless red raspberry jam

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except jam as listed. Place dough in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled. Roll in small balls in palm of hands. Place on a cookie sheet. Make a depression in center of each cookie with thimble or thumb, and fill with jam. Bake 375 8-10 min.
