snack - Maple Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas rinsed and dried (I used Eden Food’s BPA free canned chickpeas)
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 2 T pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix everything well in a bowl.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes to keep them from burning.
