Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs, large
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin pie filling
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Step 1
Butter sides and bottom of 10" spring from pan. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Preheat oven to 325. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Beat in flour, salt, pumpkin and spice. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off heat and let cool with door open 30 minutes. Cool completely on rack. Remove sides and chill. Make day before.
