Ice Cream/Cheesecake Topping

Ingredients

  • 3 c blueberries (or 1 1/2 c each blueberries and blackberries)
  • 2 c raspberries
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 T corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine berries and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine sugar and corn starch and stir into berry mixture. Boil over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
