Ingredients

  • 2

    7 ounce cans boned chicken

  • 2

    10¾ oz. cans cream of chicken soup

  • 1

    13 oz. can evaporated milk

  • ½

    cup melted butter

  • 1

    cup uncooked rice

  • crushed potato chips for the topping

Directions

In a greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole, mix chicken, soup and milk. Stir in melted butter and uncooked rice. Mixture will be soupy until cooked. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 8 servings
