Ingredients
- 2 7 ounce cans boned chicken
- 2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- crushed potato chips for the topping

Step 1
In a greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole, mix chicken, soup and milk. Stir in melted butter and uncooked rice. Mixture will be soupy until cooked.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 8 servings
