Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl beat the egg whites with almond flour, milk and salt and pepper.

2. Heat medium nonstick pan brushed with small amount of olive oil and add ¼ cup of the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes on one side, then flip it and cook for 30 seconds on the other side. Transfer the tortilla on a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep it warm.
