Yummy Dill Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 large new potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • aluminum foil

Wash potatoes and cut in quarters. Place potato pieces in a resealable container. Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over potatoes, seal, and allow to marinade for 20-30 minutes. Preheat grill for medium heat. Take potatoes out of bag and place on a long sheet of aluminum foil. Pour enough marinade over potatoes to coat them well. Place another piece of foil on top and crimp edges to create a packet.

Make three small holes on the top to allow steam through while cooking. Place potato packet on the grill and cook for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove and serve.
