The grandkids love this recipe so much that my 6 year old Grand-daughter helps me prepare this meal. Noe, that's fun!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Round
  • 1 Med. Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Can (10.5 oz) Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can (10.5 oz) Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Can (15 oz) White Potatoes Sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Meat and Onions. After browning, drain liquid.
Add soups, water and potatoes.
Fold and mix above together.
Heat and serve.

NOTE:
[1] The original recipe requested two (15 oz) cans of potatoes. Our family enjoys less potatoes - Therefore, you can add additional can of potatoes if you like.
[2] We always double this recipe as everyone likes a second bowl. Plus, it is fantastic re-heated the next day!
